I am Also involved with two network marketing businesses Tiscali Network at www.tiscali.co.uk.pn and Gem Lifestyle which is currently in Pre-Launch and goes live on the 30th September 2008 at http://games4u.gemlifestyle.biz/ . Gem Lifestyle is going to be huge with a floatation in 3 years and getting in at the being the pay should be well lets say BIG !.

Many peolpe ask the same question ......................What is Network Marketing or Multi Level Marketing (MLM)  ?

MLM or network marketing is when you actually recruit other sales people into
an organization or down line in order to sell products. This type of marketing has
been confused with illegal pyramids in the past, but in actual fact, some of the
largest marketing organizations such as Avon, Tiscali, Tupperware and
GEM-lifestyle, to name just a few- can all be categorized as MLM.

Any way thats the advertising bit done, hows life treating me at the moment..well its sheer hell to say the least, i have staff on holiday, staff pregnant, Business partners wife pregnant, one shop that not doing so well and the other with is stinking full of work, trying to get the online stores high in the rankings and at the same time grow my MLM infastructure. Got my first bit of Residual Income the other day it was only £1.09p but is a start and money for nothing.

Wanna add to this with your own experiences in the MLM minefield then please feel free. I will try and keep upto-date as much as i can but life is too busy at the moment.
